Specific features of forming social responsibility in Kazakhstan business

Abstract

The article considers the specifics of the formation of social responsibility of Kazakhstan business. At the same time, speaking about the history and peculiarities of this phenomenon, it is no secret that there is a conflict between earning large sums of money and social responsibility of business. However, the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility is still insufficiently developed in our country in com- parison with foreign countries, it is possible to say that the largest companies in the country are actively working in the field of social development. Our main task is to identify the specifics of development and promotion of social responsibility of Kazakhstan business. Indeed, in the current situation, one of the most important issues of socio-economic development of Kazakhstan is the social responsibility of business.

The actual scientific task is the development of the mechanism of formation of social responsibility of Kazakhstan business, its peculiarities. An online survey was conducted to determine the specifics of the formation of the Kazakstan h model on the basis of the study. Recognizing the need for deep socio- logical research, it was determined that business development is one of the most important indicators of the development of modern civil society. It is necessary to analyze modern trends in the development of social responsibility of Kazakhstan business in all areas on the basis of empirical data.

It is also noted that the main goal today is the successful implementation of economic, political and social modernization on the eve of the 30 th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
