Abstract

Formation of youth educational strategies, specific decisions about the choice of profession and educational institution, training, real employment is largely predetermined by the state and development of the labor market. Under the influence of the signals coming from the labor market and employment, professional orientation of young people are formed in the field of education. On the move in the world of work is influenced by features of the behavior of people in the choice of profession. There are two models of the behavior of young people: First – all professions and activities with respect to equal socio-economic terms, the individuals orient themselves to equal types of work based on their dispositions, desires and abilities. The second – in society, there are representations of apparently “good” and obviously “bad” in socio-economic terms, types of labor. Both behaviors when choosing professions and occupations exist in reality, they are competing with each other, although in certain circumstances a particular model can be dominant (GA Cherednichenko). Professional choice of graduates is interconnected with the implementation of such social values as an opportunity to create the conditions for the creation, growth and promotion of qualified, receive material compensation, inclusion in a particular area of employment, social recognition. Interests, attitudes, value orientations in relation to the profession are produced in individuals in the process of socialization under the influence of family, school, small groups, mass media. formed a hierarchy of professions on appeal in the minds of the young man, the scale of preferences, differentiated depending on their social background, education conditions, the type of residence and others. In the process of professional choice may be a contradiction between the interests, personal plans, and inclinations of the individual external to him the situation, so that the individuals personal plans may vary significantly.
