Abstract

This article is considering «Аssessment – Center» as universal and effective technology for human resources management, which contributes to its harmonious development.The object of the study is the personnel of OJSC «BTA» bank.The subject of the study is the following: communicability, stress-resistance, motivation for success in the personnel. While defining the Hypothesis of our Research we assumed that «Аssessment – Center»– as one of the lead-ing technologies of human resources management contributes to the development. During the study the hypothesis was confirmed, thus it helped to formulate the conclusion that «Аssessment – Center» is a leading technology of human resources management.
