Science as profession and calling: the lock of young scientists of Kazakhstan.

Abstract

In modern time there is an active modernization of system of the higher education and institutional forms of the organization of science in Kazakhstan. And need of studying of young scientists as the social and professional group formed at the higher school, is especially actual in conditions when higher education institutions of Kazakhstan get the new research status and become the important component of innovative economy focused on development and deployment of new technologies. Results of sociological research are presented in article “Young scientists of Kazakhstan: strokes to a sociological portrait” carried out within the project of Fund of the First President of RK – the Leader of the Nation “Young scientists of Kazakhstan: the present and future scenario” from March to November, 2012.
