WAYS OF SUBJECTIVE STUDY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL QUALITY OF LIFE

The article deals with the problem of assessing feelings of happiness and satisfaction in the subjective study of the psychological quality of life of young women, which is actively engaged in a new direction of positive psychology. The political processes taking place in the world, the dynamic development of society and competitive conditions encourage a person to a comfortable, harmonious life and maintain a positive and productive level of mental mood.
The main purpose of the study is to determine the indicators of life satisfaction and happiness of young women. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the data obtained as a result of the work carried out contribute to maintaining a productive level of mental mood, increasing the self-esteem of young women, which opens up great promising opportunities for a harmonious life for them.
In order to determine the indicators of satisfaction and happiness of young women, the following methods were chosen: the questionnaire "life satisfaction", compiled by E. Dinner's colleagues, and the Oxford "happiness Inventory" (Oxford Happiness Inventory, OHI), compiled by M. Argyle's colleagues. To verify the reliability of the results of feelings of satisfaction and happiness, an analysis of the reliability of each of the points of the questions was carried out (a total of 5 points), the internal sequence of the questionnaire meets the psychometric requirements. Questionnaires can be used as a psychometrically based diagnostic tool to study the assessment of a person's quality of life.
The study showed that the feeling of satisfaction and happiness in young women is influenced by education, age, marital status.
