Social values and the status of women top manager of Kazakhstan

The article examines the attitude of a top manager to social values and the status of society in a methodological and theoretical aspect. The main object of this article is the values of Kazakhstani top managers in management and their status in society, management practices. At the same time, the for- mation of a social portrait and image of a female top manager is a key part of our social research. Howev- er, many factors prevent modern managers from forming social values and meeting modern management standards. The need to form and study the social values of top managers is due, on the one hand, to the development of the management industry and growing demands on managers, on the other hand, to the need to manage people in a new way. Currently, the social values of top managers are not fully accepted or assessed positively, which somewhat complicates the process. In management, regulation of personal and professional values is not enough, therefore, this article identifies the need for women leaders in Kazakhstan to better manage the formation of a system of women’s values. An urgent scientific task is aimed at the formation of the value system of this social and professional group, the development of the mechanism of its management. In this case, the article presents the focus and dynamics of the modern- ization process and reliance on the experience of Western countries in the context of a post-industrial society, an expert interview was conducted to identify these indicators.
