History as a tool of impact on the consciousness of a personality from the «risk group»

The article describes the concept of «risk groups», features and prerequisites of categories of children, as well as signals and signs that a person is in a difficult life situation and can not cope itself. The article analyzes the psychological aspects of the study of the role of history in the context of modern socio-psychological reality. The need for preventive research and measures to strengthen the adaptive processes of the personality from the «risk group» is emphasized. Variants of history telling, the influence of the history of other people on the development of personality, the «enrichment» of spiritual consciousness and the expansion of worldview are considered. The diagnostic methodology «Windows of Opportunities» is presented through history telling, leading to understanding of the nature of consciousness and human behavior, distortion of mentality and behavioral consequences. In this regard, the history method is defined as an instrument of influence on the consciousness and behavior of the individual in correctional and preventive work, defining a «direction», a «development vector» affecting aspirations and changes in the personal plan and human growth. Possibilities of implementation in the activities of a teacher-psychologist are examined, which allow to determine the «specific gravity» and the strength of the influence of the method of history on the consciousness and behavior of an individual from the risk group.
