Comparative study of constituent elements of job satisfaction in the integrative aspect
Abstract
This research paper aims to study the constituent elements of job satisfaction in the integrative aspect. The study is based on the technique of “Integrative job satisfaction” by A.V. Batarshev, which makes it possible to determine the level of interest in the work carried out; level of satisfaction with the achievements in the sphere of professional activity; method allows to determine the level of satisfaction with relationships with colleagues and management, satisfaction with working conditions; and to determine the degree of preference of the work of high earnings. The relevance of the topic is chosen due to the fact that the job satisfaction in this context, acts as one of the major components of motivation. The study is consisted of several stages. So, at the first stage of the study was identified the level of satisfaction, whereby the respondents were divided into 3 groups: low (19 subjects), moderate (19 subjects) and high (14 subjects) degree of satisfaction with work. At the second phase of the study were analyzed and highlighted main features of an each group. The third phase of the study was the identification of significant differences between the three groups of sampling rates and a comparative analysis of the indicators. Comparing the sample group studies with low, medium and high level of general satisfaction with work, we obtained the following results. Interest to the job was highly expressed in a groups and with a high and a medium degree of satisfaction, average difficulty in high extent - in the group with low degree of job satisfaction. Satisfaction of achievements is highly appreciated in the group with a high degree of satisfaction with work, and moderate in the group with medium and low degree of job satisfaction. Workplace relationships were assessed as medium in a group of high and medium level of satisfaction and as a low – in the group with low labor contentment.
