Problems of socialization of the personality in political and legal spheres.

Transfer from generation to generation the values, norms, behaviors, political views are in the process of political socialization. Political socialization of citizens exists in all modern societies. Introducing certain norms and values, code of conduct through the institutions of socialization (family, school, universities, media, parties, community organizations), political socialization is a form of social control that provides gay friendly population to the existing regime.
Legal socialisation is part of the process of socialization, which determines the system of beliefs, attitudes, values and behaviors that reflect the degree of assimilation of individuals existing in the society of legal relations. Successful legal socialization should lead to an increase in the level of legal culture of personality, which is the ultimate aim of this process.
