Abstract

The article emphasizes the role of forming an innovative culture of future specialists as one of the factors of overcoming the educational crisis at the present stage, as well as the formation of key compe- tencies of future specialists. Innovative pedagogical technologies act as methods of forming the profes- sional competence of a future specialist.

Based on theoretical research and empirical data obtained during the research, the following param- eters of the formation of innovative culture of University students were determined: innovative knowl- edge; innovative skills; innovative abilities; innovative values. For each of them, standards have been developed for evaluating the innovative culture of University students.

The authors developed diagnostics of the initial level of formation of innovative culture of University students (1st year) and the level of graduates (4th year). Based on the work done, the developed recom- mendations are offered at the end of the article.

It is advisable to organize professional development of a specialist with a formed innovation culture based on solving problems inherent in this type of activity: mastering knowledge and skills with the con- struction of concepts and meanings, solving professional problems based on modeling the innovation environment, building your own trajectory of professional movement based on the design of activities, individual educational tasks and their implementation program.
