Әл-Фараби Қазақ Ұлттық Университетінің хабаршысы, Психология және Әлеуметтану сериясы ғылыми - зерттеу журналы, 1992 жылы Қазақ ұлттық университетімен қаланған. Бұл журнал ғылым және білім саласындағы бақылау Комитетпен (БҒСБК ҚР) ұсынған рецензияланатын ғылыми басылымдар тараптардың тізіміне кіреді.

Журналдың редакциялық құрамына танымал қазақстандық және шетелдік психология, әлеуметтану, әлеуметтік жұмыс ғалымдары кіреді. Бас редакторы - әлеуметтану ғылымдарының докторы, профессор Жаманбалаева Шолпан Ерболовна.

Хабаршысының негізгі тақырыптық бағыты: барлық спектрі бойынша өзекті мәселелерді саласындағы заманауи бағыттар: психология, әлеуметтану, соның ішінде іргелі теориялық материалдар, әдіснамасы және әдістері, қолданбалы зерттеулер, ағымдағы әзірлеуді ұйымдастыру және қолданбалы зерттеулер жүргізу; соңғы зерттеулердің нәтижелерін және психология және әлеуметтану және оларды талдау.
