About the Journal

The Journal of Psychology & Sociology was founded in 1993 and is published by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The journal specializes in publishing scholarly research devoted to fundamental and applied issues of contemporary psychology and sociology, including the analysis of social processes, psychological mechanisms of behavior, and the interaction between individuals and society in the context of sociocultural transformations. The journal focuses on current theoretical and empirical studies reflecting the dynamics of social change, the development of psychological science, and interdisciplinary approaches to the study of social and mental phenomena.
