Cуицидологический аспект личностных расстройств: превенция с помощью техник НЛП

В статье представлены техники НЛП-консультирования на основе Модели стратегий НЛП. Мо- дель стратегий НЛП описывает стратегии, вызывающие нарушения и патологические состояния в жизни людей, а также предлагает способы их преодоления и необходимые для этого навыки и умения. Красной нитью по статье проходит идея, что в НЛП процесс помощи людям по изменению их личностных расстройств – это процесс изменения их жизненных стратегий. Подробно описы- ваются такие техники, как «Встраивание новой стратегии», «Изменение субмодальностей», «Изме- нение физиологического контекста» и «Использование заданий». Авторы обосновывают, что цель техник НЛП в работе с личностными расстройствами заключается в снижении уровня тревоги, де- прессии, паранойи, агрессии, в преодолении глубоких личностных проблем, вызванных посттрав- матическим стрессовым расстройством. А все это, в свою очередь, должно содействовать снятию суицидального аспекта в структуре личности консультируемого. Анализ исследований зарубежных ученых и ознакомление с выдержками из их трудов позволил авторам прийти к убеждению в том, что клиенты, испытавшие на себе воздействие НЛП, более ответственно относятся к своей жизни и обладают более эффективными жизненными навыками. Статья будет интересна специалистам по НЛП и психотерапии, школьным психологам, а также всем, кто интересуется современными методами изменения поведения, развития и гармонизации личности.
