Abstract

The problem of preserving the health of students is one of the most pressing tasks facing the society and the government of Kazakhstan. Currently, over 1 million students are studying in Kazakhstan. The problem of student health in recent years has attracted the attention of scientists, doctors and teachers, due to the high incidence of student youth and the largely negative climate, geographical, environmental, socio-economic and socio-psychological factors that affect the health of people in Kazakhstan’s students. The main activity of students is educational. In higher education, there is a universal need for information, which requires young people to have new competencies that meet these new requirements, for which a new physical, cognitive, and psycho-emotional potential is needed. Student morbidity reports. These indicators indicate that students do not have a sufficiently high percentage of cases of somatic diseases that are directly or indirectly related to overcoming the requirements of students. Currently, the issues of searching and developing effective forms of organizing treatment-and-prophylactic care for students remain relevant. However, the psychological component of the incidence of students remains.

In this sense, WHO considers Chronic Stress, sometimes referred to as “toxic,” according to available neuroendocrinological studies, stress may play a central role, causing the effects of its effects on the body’s inflammatory processes. Based on this, in our Schröder article, we see "stress" in the roles of the conductor, the basics that carry information, which leads to normal thinking and behavior (health) and gradual overcoming of stress (illness state), as stress manifests themselves in many psychosomatic diseases as their cause. Thus, the creation of a healthy future generation will create a theoretical and practical basis for solving the problems of overcoming stress in students.

Thus, the problem of protecting the health of students is multifaceted and cannot be solved only in the health care system. It requires an integrated approach, "stress оf medicine." At the same time, fundamental integrated psychoprophylactic stress management programs in the Republic of Kazakhstan have not yet been developed, as well as the number of clinical psychologists who could be in its development, and so far have been implemented.
