Sociological analysis of the difficulties of combining work and education of students

Abstract

In this article, the problem of co-education and work of students, as well as the problems they face, was considered. Based on the analysis of the research results, the reasons motivating students, as well as the problems they face in the process of additional work, and ways to solve it are proposed. Topics were raised about the motivation of students when looking for a job, about the impact of combining work and study on academic performance. The object of the study is students of higher educational institutions of Almaty to solve problems related to the causes of additional employment. The purpose of the study is to identify the causes of additional employment of students in modern conditions, as well as the difficulties they face when combining study and work. The task of the study was to determine the structure of students' employment, to determine the motive that makes students work in accordance with the analysis. Analyzing the literature sources on the topic, the author came to the conclusion that the joint support of students studying and working in the specialty has a positive effect on the professional development of the student. In continuation of the existing research, the author used the survey method to find out what prevents students from working in their specialty. The article presents the results of the survey.
