Abstract

are tracked by studying trends in the development of modern society, the needs of the labor market, the achievements of pedagogical science. There is analyzed the specifics of teaching methods; methods of interaction between teachers and adult learners, style relationships in the course of employment, the problematization of the studied material. Considerable attention of the author is given to the need to maintain close connection to review the provided information with the motivation of adult audience, clearly aimed at the application of the knowledge gained in their professional activities. Features of relationships andragogue-teacher with trainees are revealed, in this case the author is based on own many years of teaching experience and twice held by her – in 2008 and 2013 – the point sociological surveys
helped to understand what the first thing is to pay attention by pedagogue, who is seeking exceptional interest of students to the educational process. According to the survey, the authors conclude a relatively high sensitivity of adult audiences to situation of assessment; that over time, students from all social factors accompanying the learning process begin to appreciate more than just the teacher competence and rigor to minimize the value assessment. Along with generated by the author the theoretical propositions about the prospects of andragogy in our country, are offered specific suggestions for improving the process of adult education organization right now, through the modernization of teaching staff consciousness with regard to the need of its continuous improvement and growth.
