EMOTIONAL BURNOUT SYNDROME: A THEORETICAL OVERVIEW OF THE CONCEPT AND ITS EMPIRICAL STUDY IN SUBJECTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN ONLINE LEARNING CONDITIONS

Abstract

In this paper the results of the study of the emotional state of the subjects of the educational process - schoolchildren, students, teachers and high school teachers in Kazakhstan, in terms of distance and online learning; reveals their positive and negative sides. Online learning is considered as a factor that affects the depletion of emotional, energy and personal resources of teachers and lecturers. In the process of learning occurs not only the development of intellect and acquisition of knowledge, but also the formation of personality, socialization, professional formation of personality.

The relevance of the study is determined by the emergence of a number of new difficulties, which the subjects of the educational process now have to cope independently: lack of live contact with classmates, classmates, colleagues; low physical activity, the constant presence at the computer. Practical and scientific significance lies in identifying the impact of distance and online learning on the psychoemotional state of all subjects of the educational process, the development of practical recommendations to improve their psychological and physical health.

The study involved 300 people (subjects of the educational process: students in grades 5 to 11, students, teachers and university teachers). To solve the tasks the online questionnaire "Emotional and physical state of pupils, students, teachers and teachers in the conditions of distance learning" was developed. A number of recommendations for the subjects of the educational process were formulated based on the results of the study.
