Theoretical and practical justification of the formation of the image of the future special educational teacher

Abstract

The article defines the theoretical and methodological foundations, the meaning and content of the concept of image, examines the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the formation of the image of the future defectologist and the image of the teacher. Thus, the image is an image of a person, which is formed on the basis of the appearance of the person, his habits, manner of speech, mentality, actions, etc. The structure of the correct image of the future defectologist is determined, as a result of which the necessary indicators and a complex criterion for the formation of the image of the future defectologist are established: cognitive (knowledge about the image, professional and personal self-improvement), motivational (search for ways and opportunities to build a trajectory of personal and professional development, positive emotional and value attitude to yourself and others), activity (experience of image formation). On the basis of clearly different measurements and indicators of the phenomenon of the study, we have identified interrelated levels showing the degree of image development, the formation of the image of the future defectologist: higher, medium and low. In order to determine the levels of these indicators and criteria were used research methods (test, questionnaire).
