Abstract

This article reviews different functions and peculiarities
of the relations, which psychological contents is elaborated as
follows: a) formation of participants’ psychological
characteristics of joint activity is mainly realized by the process
of exchanging information in communication; b) interactive
aspect of communication determines the process of forming
personality’s cognitive activity by means of dialogue
interaction. Communication in the unity of its two components
shows itself as a special system forming factor of joint activity
of people in different spheres of life activity.
