Abstract

In this article the quality of life is showed from sociological point of view, simultaneously some features, which char- acterize the essence of the quality of life, are emphasized. Sociological category “quality of life” covers all areas of society and embodies people’s lives. The quality of life assumes: clear environment, personal and national security, political and economical freedom and another terms of human well-being, which is difficult to quantify.

On the other hand, needs and interests of people are individual and degree of their satisfaction can be evaluated only by the subjects themselves. The components of quality of life are a way of life and standard of living and the environment, enriched by qualitative assessments.

The achievement the highest possible quality of life is a priority for the social market economy. One of the most im- portant prerequisites for ensuring the realization of this task is conducting effective policy of the welfare of the population. The transition to a market economy has made significant changes in the regulation of revenues, which primarily determine the welfare of the people. That is why it becomes so important to develop own policy of enterprise in the area of income, which takes into account the interests of different groups of works and owners, would provide an effective system of employment and remuneration.

It is important that civil society has been able to influence the quality of the developed and implemented by govern- ment, industry and regional development programs, the content of anticipating national strategies and concepts.

Currently, the most serious obstacle to further improve the quality of live in Kazakhstan is ensuring realization of democratic rights of citizens.
