Abstract

Abstract: the changes taking place in Kazakhstan in recent years have exacerbated many problems, including social ones. These, of course, include the problem of increasing violence in various forms of violence, including in the family. According to sociological, health, criminology, law, press organizations, in a significant part of families in Kazakhstan, violence becomes a daily, habitual, transmitted from generation to generation way of life. The article discusses the forms of violence associated with its causes, works and articles, concepts, views and opinions of many foreign and domestic scientists. During the writing of the article, the works of foreign and domestic scientists, statistical materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan were considered, including the opinions of some scientists on the study of forms and causes of violence. According to the writings of kreihi, violence is considered as a process with a certain duration, length and periods, as well as a special kind of aggression of violence. Lenore Walker’s three-phase theory used the concept of stages in the cycle of violence. Special attention is paid to the works of S. Pinker, R. W. Vernon, M. E. brown, Anne Burgess and Linda Holmstrom, etc. I. I. Shurygina, L. Berkowitz, P. D. Pavlenok, L. ya. Kurochkina, E. F. leichenko and other scientists. These authors, studying the types, causes and consequences of violence, noted that violence is forced and illegal. Key words: violence, aggression, use of force, cruelty, behavior, coercion.
