The transition of one model to another has become possible as a result of the long struggle of trade unions for the rights of workers. There is a balance of interests between capital and labor. The trade unions, defending the position of hired workers, make significant concessions, recognizing that the successful and timely modernization of the economy tomorrow will compensate for the difficulties of today. In addition, trade unions have a solid and institutionally well-defined experience of cooperation with business. In turn, entrepreneurs do not cross the lines of the possible and reasonable with regard to the concessions required from the trade unions.
