Abstract

In this article are confirmed, the role of higher education in the formation of professional knowledge, skills,

habits and socio-psychological characteristics of the future experts to ensure the employment of qualified

personnel. The article contains theoretical comparative analysis of humanization of higher education in the

formation of the intellectual, moral, ideological and professional potential of the person. As well as the

problems of training and improvement of professional competence of social workers in Kazakhstan.
