Research on personal determinant of the gymnasium teacher’s professionalism

Abstract

This article examines the main determinants of a gymnasium teacher. The object of an empirical study is Teachers of a grammar school. Subject of the study is Personal determinants of professionalism of the teacher of a grammar school. In determining the hypothesis of our study we based on the assumption, which is determined by a num-ber of personal characteristics.  Verification of the hypothesis of the research and achievement of its objectives include the solution of a number of tasks for which the empirical study program was created with the aim of searching and study by personal a determinant of professionalism of the teacher of a grammar school.
