Professional positions as a component of the individual specialist

Abstract

In this article questions which allow saying that the professional po­ sition is a peculiar alloy of professional outlook and behavioral strategy are considered. The analysis of theoretical literature, allowed defining the following requirements to a professional position of the psychologist: the psychologist as the personality confident in the professional forces begins with unconditional self­acceptance. Activity of the psychologist assumes domination at him humanistic orientation and bright expressiveness of cognitive interests to an inner world of people. Thus it has to keep some distance to avoid a syndrome of combustion and communicative loading – ability to professional development and self­education. The professional position of the student psychologist acts as the steady system of the at­ titudes of the personality towards various aspects of future professional activity defining professional plans and intentions, activities, professional outlook. As the main components of a professional position of students – psychologists we allocate the following components: the self­relation of the personality, the attitude towards people in professions, the relation to future professional activity. Basis for further professional formation is vocational training.
