Abstract

This article is devoted to studying of development of objective criteria of competence of activity of the teachers working in the multicultural envi-ronment. These criteria allow to measure progress of educational integra-tion that in turn provides feedback about efficiency of policy in this area. Besides, it is that there are certain difficulties in motivation of the teachers working with children and students from ethnic minorities. In particular, it is told about risk of «commercializing» of motivation of the personnel working in the multicultural environment, i.e. not about their readiness for increase of the competence, and about their focus on receiving extra fee for the work. Experience of carrying out of this sort of work in multinational Bulgaria is covered in article.
