Abstract

One of the most important problems of modern psychology is the collective person problem, its content, structure and mechanisms to stimulate its development. For today, this problemhas a wide variety of postulates and the lack of systematic in its understanding. Unlike authors who investigated certain aspects of the person, al-Farabi works gave systemic vision of the collective person, allowing to structures significant others, and their performance measure. Based on the functions and values of the person in the integrity of the subject’s system, we can call it as a regulator and integrator of all of its structural components. Therefore, the person is not just a carrier of the others (introjects virtual personalities important people, etc.), but also acts as a regulator of the relationship with them. Regulation of relations
determined by the measure, as the finding in the middle of the qualities or phenomena.
