Social measures of social protection of the invalids

Abstract

This article says that during the formation of market relations and the reform of the Republic of Kazakhstan, millions of people (pensioners, the disabled, orphans, refugees, etc.) are in urgent need of social assistance and protection. In the world gathered extensive experience in social work, including social work with groups of people separated. Also in our country are not accumulated much experience. At the moment, the social situation in our country has changed dramatically, the trend entanglement of social relations requires to understand the essence and analyzed to draw a conclusion. It is necessary to create a science-based conclusion of social work with the public, as well as social technology, clear and reliable methods of organizing and carrying out social work.
