Abstract

The paper analyzes the various concepts, theory of research approaches of the person’s professionalism in educational activities. Its core content and structure are revealed. The dynamics of the global processes that are taking place in the modern educational space of Kazakhstan put forward increased requirements from the individuals of the gymnasium teachers. They relate to almost all aspects of their mental life in emotional, cognitive, semantic, and ideological terms. Modern gymnasium teacher has found new choice, a new level of self-awareness, but the challenges, facing society now, require further development in the direction of self-determination, self-knowledge and self-realization from him/ her. As a subject of the educational process he/she must have his\her own concept of development, be characterized by the educational process view systems, to be able to relate their experiences with science, have a high need for creativity and mastery of the new.
