Abstract

In the framework of this article analyzes the historical place and role of Turkic civilization in the global world. Historical facts justified the huge contribution of Turkic civilization and nomadic peoples of the world culture, science, and in general to human progress. Central idea of the author is that in the context of globalization and the dominance of Western civilization, the future of the Turkic world depends on the formation of a common civilizational identity. To do this, raise the international relations of Turkic states to a new level.
