Abstract

This article is based on research conducted among youth 7 districts of Almaty. As the most important work values identified such as high wages, interest in the work, guarantee preservation of jobs. Analyzed the positive and negative factors affecting the formation of work values of young people in today’s society. The role of the financial benefits of their work.
