Psychological evaluation of bank staff by means of an assessment and development center

The information about psychological evaluation of bank staff by means of new assessment procedures and techniques is represented. The main conditions of the success of the staff assessment are linkage between assessment’s goals and long-term goals of the company’s development, a clear assignment of tasks and understanding of areas where gained results will be applied in. The features of the study of bank staff by means of Assessment and Development Center is considered in the article. A new corporate model of competencies which enabled to conduct the effective assessment and harmonious development of staff is also given.
