Legal consciousness subjectivity within a context of general psychological research

Abstract

In a paper there are being analyzed aspects and perspectives of human legal consciousness studying in general-psy- chological context. General-psychological phenomenology of legal consciousness and mechanisms of its functioning are presented. Subjectivity is considered as a specific feature of human legal self-consciousness. There are revealed possibili- ties of cross-cultural approach towards legal consciousness and its subjective components.
