The phenomenon of facilitative ability research in the context of personal adaptation ability problems: results and perspectives.

Abstract

The article represents results of the phenomenon “facilitative ability” research dealing with correlation between its indices and social-psychological adaptation ability parameters. The correlation analysis showed the existence of positive connection between all the parameters of facilitative ability and essential indices of adaptation ability. It is proved   that people with a high facilitative potential are characterized by adaption quality, optimism, even temper, emotional comfort, admission of others, inner control.
