Theoretical and methodological approaches to the concept of competitiveness of graduates in the labor market

The process of formation of competitiveness is closely linked to the prob lem of training, increase the competitiveness of graduates. The transition to a market economy, associated with the emergence of many problems. One of them the position of graduates in the labor market. Transition to the new economy depends on how effectively and efficiently organized market of educational services, what is the level of trained quality and what the interaction of the market with the labor market. In terms of socioeconomic transforma tion of society graduates of university having a diploma of higher education, are often not in demand in the labor market. In today market conditions, a young professional (graduate) after graduating from the University faces the challenge of fierce market competition for available jobs. Only qualified, experienced staff able to carry out modernization of Kazakhstan’s economy at a high level. In this regard, the study of competitiveness of graduates as future human reserves today is the actual problem of the country. In this article the theoretical and methodological analysis of the inter pretation of the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market, shows the theoretical and methodological concepts of formation and increase the com petitiveness of graduates in the labor market, assessment of the odds and indicators. The processes of creation and the stages of formation of the com petitive expert, in order to increase the competitiveness of graduates were offered recommendations for the development of the educational process.Downloads
