Innovation phenomenon, human capital and problems of a sustainable development

Abstract

The thought locates in article that formed in the conditions of global­ ization (“compression” of space and time) the new sociocultural reality promoted emergence of the concept of a sustainable development. And this concept assuming gradual reduction of per capita consumption, in turn promoted elaboration of such approach to an innovation phenomenon at which the culture as elaborate integrity has to become the key parameter of the analysis of this phenomenon (innovation). Ethical innovations, inno­ vations in improvement of quality of the human capital have to become a global trend of world sociocultural development, first of all.
