Theoretical and methodological bases of formation of professional potential of youth.

Abstract

Professional potential of youth is one of the major factors which influ­ enced to social and economic development of the country. Every state at­ tempts to create own professionals in the country. Professionals always de­ manded in whole spheres of society. Especially the XXI century demands from the youth active innovative professional skills where technology de­ velops very quickly and changes cardinally. Due to of the professional potential of youth needs widen theoretical and sociological analysis, to design methodological approaches. Thus, the purpose of the article is defining the theoretical and method-ological bases of the study of professional potential of youth. The objects of the article are to consider the conception «professional potential of youth» in terms of participation on the social and economic development
