Model of social adaptation of the labour migrants to regional and cultural conditions of the new environment.

Abstract

In the article describes the problem of social adaptation of labor mi­ grants to regional and cultural conditions of the new environment. The authors note that migration has become one of the significant factors of social transformation of society, influencing the strategy of development of the regions of the world. Migration in the context of globalization will inevitably lead to changes in cultural and ethnic picture of the world and blurring of the traditional boundaries. In the modern period the Republic of Kazakhstan is becoming a more attractive destination for labor migrants.
