Abstract

Youth easily adapts to any change of society. It is the vanguard of the development of society. Historical facts have repeatedly proven that social change generally starts in youth. The article examines the unem­ ployment and employment among young people, and the main obstacles in their employment. In this context, we have tried from a different point of view to consider work values, attitude toward work, the business pro­ fessional level, quality of youth work. In this purpose, it was considered works of well­known political scientists, sociologists and research centers. Analyzed the status quo concerning the youth. Discussed the major trends that affect the formation of the youth employment strategy. Revealing that the decline in unemployment to prevent regression of society evaluates how this process can contribute to social progress. A revitalization and improving the quality of work values can be the key to achieve the success of different companies. In order versatile and objective investigation of the labor market were reviewed data of state bodies and the work of scientists and researchers.
