Abstract

A generalized list of motives which are topical for the period of personality’s early professionalization is suggested in the article. Relevance of the study of professional motivation due to tasks of training young professionals in the new economic environment, the need to unite the existing theories, reach a higher level of abstraction, as well as practical problems increase the efficiency of employees, finding new approaches to motivate employees remaining in service organizations. In professional work motivation acts as a link, which determines the direction of the nature of human action and its potential, the demand for this type of activity. In turn, the motivation influences the successful adaptation is determined by psychological comfort, moral contentment from work and to a great extent can influence the fate of the expert in his chosen field. At this stage of development of society as a whole, the quality of work depends not only on achieving results, but also meeting the needs of the employee.
