Abstract

Given article is devoted questions of development of the personnel as necessary condition of professional growth of young workers, and also in-terrelation of personal features and career orientations of young workers of the industrial enterprise. It contains both theoretical aspects on the given theme, and applied. The article presents the results of psychological research special char-acteristics and career orientations of young workers, one of the largest industrial enterprises of Russia. In the practice of career management of employees is contradictory-Chiyo. On the one hand, young workers are committed to career growth, advancement, on the other hand, their psychological characteristics do not fully meet their orientations.
