Territorial - labor mobility of university graduates russia and kazakhstan: features, factors and motives

The paper discusses the territorial - labor mobility of university gradu-ates in Russia and Kazakhstan in the context of comparative analysis. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, many states formed on the post-Soviet space, began to form their own vectors of development that are of vary-ing intensity in the process of transformation of society that have affected various social phenomena, including that the process of labor mobility. In recent years significantly increased the degree of employment and geo-graphical mobility of university graduates. The comparative analysis of the characteristics of territorial - occupational mobility of university graduates in Russia and Kazakhstan has shown that Rus-sian graduates show slightly higher levels of territorial labor mobility. Work in rural areas is interesting high-income Russian graduates are more adapted to the market economy. Kazakhstani graduates are more oriented to work in rural areas, more informed public employment services.Downloads
