International experience in the implementation of youth policy

Abstract

In the 21st century created high-quality and effective programs on youth policy on local, regional and European levels. European youth policy covers vital activity of young people aim to improve their welfare and living condi-tions. Special role plays the United Nations and The European Council in the formation and implementation of youth policy and the development of her main programs. The world is changing and young people are changing too, so the main goals and objectives implementation of youth policy in foreign countries are: the creation of opportunity in education and em-ployment, improving access and full participation of youth in society, pro-moting solidarity between youth and society. All countries recognize the need and importance of working with young people. UN and Council of Europe has established a regulatory framework, which contains practical guidance for deploying national and international activities aimed at improving the lives of young people all over the world.
