Economic and legal aspects of social work in the health system of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article discusses one of the main values of modern society – health of the population that determines the level of social welfare of society, as well as identifies economic and legal aspects of social work in the health care system. The social importance of the health of adults and children in society, adequate social protection, creation of favorable conditions of life, which is a prerequisite of democratic progress of society are reflected. The au­ thor specifies the economic and legal aspects of social work in relation to vulnerable groups such as children, persons with disabilities, persons with chronic illnesses, elderly people. The article reflects the problem of employment of people with disabilities. Identified the relevance of social work to motherhood and childhood, which is the need of an individual approach to every citizen taking into account his age, ethnic, religious and social characteristics. Reflects the specificity of the medical social work with chronic ill pa­ tients. Presents the Code of RK «About health of nation and healthcare system», which includes all the species held in Kazakhstan rehabilitation treatment and medical rehabilitation. Addresses the importance of the profession of the social worker, reflecting a social identity, humanity and civility of society and representing his state.
