Abstract

The research is devoted to one of meaningful and not worked out enough problem of pedagogical psychology – to the problem of adequate and timely application of knowledge and abilities. Importance of consideration of this problem is related to the necessity to investigate the terms of mastering process, that supposes not only interiorization of knowledge and abilities, and also their successful operating conditions, that is to say, actualization of the knowledge and abilities. This problem is meaningful, in particular, in the system of professional education: it is necessary not only to capture a profession but also to be able successfully to realize received knowledge and abilities. The author uses the active approach to the mastering of social experience as one of the methodological principles of science, supposing analysis of studies with the use of the concepts related to activity. In researches of pedagogical psychology classics of P.Ya. Galperina, D. B.Elkonin, Y.Y. Yilyasova, V.YA.Liaudis, V.V.Davidova and other authors, executed in the sphere of active approach the exposure problem of terms of successful actualization of knowledge and abilities did not become the object of the special consideration. An author is conduct theoretical and experimental work on research of psychological mechanisms of actualization of knowledge and abilities, the deep understanding which is needed for rational, effective organization of process of educating. The theoretical analysis of pedagogical and psychological mechanisms of mastering of social experience and its subsequent actualization leads the researcher to the necessity of clarification of row of terms of category-concept of modern psychological science. The taken results are a contribution to the problem decision of the scientifically reasonable educating with the receipt of knowledge and abilities that after can be successfully used in corresponding activity and allow to work out the recommendations for the construction of the educating programs.
