Abstract

point of view of the socio-psychological approach. The research topic is very relevant, because the issue of domestic violence against the woman, unfortunately, in Kazakh families is not uncommon. The problem of domestic violence reflects the disharmony and imbalances existing in the relationship in the society. Its acuteness is evidence of an unhealthy socio - moral atmosphere in our society. The state’s response to violence, both outside the home and within the family is significant and the state violence which is perceived as routine, thereby corrupting both society and family. Actualize the problem of family violence poly-confessional and multi-ethnic Kazakhstan society. Among the many ethnic groups today still not accepted to do family problems, especially the problem of family violence, the object of public attention or the subject of scientific research. The “closeness” of the modern Russian family; lack of access to family professionals on problems of family ill-being, including social workers; lack of information from law enforcement and medical institutions; distrust of the legal system and a number of other reasons – all this makes it difficult to draw valid conclusions about the dimensions of domestic violence and ill-treatment of women in Kazakhstan and in other States. The negative trends of family development, primarily due to socio-economic conditions, indicate that many women were in a strong economic dependence on men in the family. Including women are subjected to beatings, intimidation, threats, forced sexual relations. The author reveals the term violence, identifying it with a form of aggressive behavior. The following is the interpretation of the term “violence against women in the family”, its main distinctive features. The ongoing description of the main features of the domestic violence contains four characteristics. Below are five main forms of domestic violence against women: physical, psychological, economic, emotional, highlighting the main features of each of them. A large place is given waimatenui each other the phases of violence against women, of which the author singled out: the voltage phase, acute violence, and the phase of “honeymoon”. In the conclusion several recommendations for women trapped in a situation of domestic violence.
