Vale representations of modern youth about work and employment

Abstract

In article representations of modern youth about work, employment, professional definition, employment are consid- ered on the basis of the data of sociological researches. Authors analyze influence of the market, the state, education and other institutes on valuable representations and social expectations of youth. In work importance of preservation of values of a society of work, labour socialisation of young people, their orientations to professional realisation is marked.
