Theoretical basis of the formation image of the teacher-psychologist

Abstract

This article says about the role of the teacher­psychologist in shap­ ing the image of the school. The concept image, the image of the school, the process of creating a positive image. Also highlighted the skills of the teacher­psychologist in the field of education and the relationship to the image of the organization of the school. The article describes the struc­ tural components of the image of the teacher: the individual and personal qualities, communication, particular professional activity and behavior, the visual image of teachers meet the new requirements for the quality of training of future teacher. In recent studies the concept of the image of the teacher is treated uniquely. The authors focus on some of its sides. When talking about the image of the teacher, the basis of a socio­psychological context, examines its manifestation in situations of teacher interactions with students, parents and colleagues. The image of the teacher appears in a generalized form, which can contain the following structural compo­ nents: individual characteristics, personality, communication, activity and vneshnepovedencheskie. The image of a particular teacher are connect­ ed individual, professional and age­related images. In this article further elaborates communicative component of the image of the teacher. A brief analysis of the approaches to the definition of the image allows to present it as a stable emotionally charged image formed in the mass consciousness as a result of deliberate bias angle of perception on socially important part of the object. Formation of image allows, based on the expectations of the audience, to present the necessary characteristics of an object and thus to exercise influence on the behavior of the subject. In other words, the im­ age is an image acquiring traits and stereotype seen in the context of its task of purposeful change and development, respectively.
