The psychological problems that happen in social work with the elderly

This article is devoted to determine the causes of a number of conflicts that occur in the field of social work between elder people, as well as to consider ways of overcoming them.Social work with the elder people requires a lot of patience and courage,because this people have been ex periencing the consequences of this difficult life, so they can be more ag gressive. Therefore, this article considers the conflicts arising with elderly people with psychological point of view, considering the medical point of view, the severe consequences of life for older people to improve the resistance to more common methods for improving the readiness of stress ful situations. Specificity of the article is in processing conflict situations that occur in the course of social work with old people is not only in a theoretical point of view, but also through interviews with social workers who are working in this area. Because of considering elderly people as one the most important individuals in the society, concentrating on their psychological importance is specific to each of these cases that the person making the situation. Encountered social difficulties when working with old people considering ways to take into account the protection of the interests of the employees is the purpose of the author. This article is for bachelors who are studying for a degree in psychology and social psychol ogy, social and other specialists in the humanitarian sphere.References
